Too much would come out about the Biden crime family if the FBI and DOJ didn't protect Hunter.
There will probably be some pro forma "indictment" of Hunter (safely after the November elections, of course), where at most he will be required to pay his back taxes and perhaps a token fine.
But no more than that, we can be sure. 😏
