I'll try again. Give me an example of a racist fire science question.

I realize that libs are a bit slow, so I boiled it down, and left out the fire department part.

WHAT PART OF PUTTING OUT A FIRE, IS RACIST?

Ok, to make it clear, there's nothing racist about putting out a fire.

@JimBeam I read your first post. I responded to your first post explaining the particulars of the case and what you misunderstood about it. You deleted my response in order to support the strawman you set up.

Are you capable of answering the question ?

@JimBeam I think i did already. There's nothing racist about knowing fire extinguishing skills, and while its possible to come up with explicitly racist test questions, I don't think anything about the questions were racist.

Thank you. The judge agrees with you. It was thrown out of court.

@JimBeam If you're talking about US and Vulcan Society v NYC, which it sounds like you're talking about, it wasn't. The court found it discriminatory and ordered injunctive relief. Here's a timeline of the case from the Center for Constitutional Rights
