The most important aspect will be that he is disqualified from ever holding any public office again.

@windinhishair I hope..
@windinhishair True...well, Federal offices.

@SomeMichGuy I can't imagine a Governor Trump. But then again, a President Trump was unimaginable too.
@windinhishair That could be a settlement offer. The worst thing would be a trial where he’s acquitted. I could see the DOJ negotiating a deal where he avoids prison, and in return, doesn’t run for public office again and is prohibited from making any public statement of any kind for the rest of his life.

@LeopoldBloom He could very well be acquitted in a trial where a Cult member is able to get on the jury. But any settlement prohibiting future statements could never work. Trump can't prevent himself from talking about himself being wronged.
@LeopoldBloom ...which he immediately violates & goes to prison...yay!

...or Reagan, Abbott, DeSantis...?

@SomeMichGuy Or Ventura. But I doubt Trump would accept anything less than President after stealing the election in 2016. Emperor, King, President, or God would be the only choices acceptable to him.
@windinhishair The DOJ is pretty good at weeding those kind of people out.

@LeopoldBloom True, but it only takes one Cult member on the jury to have a miscarriage of justice.
@windinhishair Hence a deal, suspended sentence, parole.

He'll fall into prison by his own violations soon enough.
