Friday update from the "freedom state:"

Gov. DeSantis is finally cracking down on voter fraud.

The first round, announced during a press conference in Broward County, was focused on felons who illegally voted in 2020 by either not properly applying to have their voting rights restored or were ineligible because of the severity of their crimes.

“This is just the first step. There are many more in the pipeline,” DeSantis said. “We are not just going to turn a blind eye to this. The days of that happening in Florida are over.”

Because yes, let's make a process so difficult and expensive no one can navigate it so we can then deny a vote to whom you know tend to lean democrat.

Did Ronny mentioned how many felons voted? And who they voted for? My guess would be three or four. And they voted for Trump. It's REPUBLICANS who are responsible for most of the voter fraud. Which is negligible anyway. It's like their war against trans people. It's just bullshit to feed hate and create enemies. Means nothing.

@Ynotisay bingo. It's all about playing to Trump's base.

If Republicans are committing widespread voter fraud then Americans need to force all precincts to finally allow voting records to be examined for a change so the crooks can now be caught and punished.

Being done. Being done right now on a National stage. @marke

@marke Voting records are examined. That's how we know that widespread fraud doesn't exist. It's never existed. That's why Republicans in 40 states are trying to do everything they can to limit voting.
