What tipped you off that the far right Confederacy actually won that civil war, already?

I saw it in a film, 'Dukes of Hazard' I think it was called.

There’s a common thread running through there somewhere….can’t quite put my finger on it….

I spent far too many years hearing about the lost cause growing up to turn on a dime because the folks screaming that I was indoctrinated by a liberal education said I was indoctrinated by it and only the parts they wanted taught weren't lies.
