Why wouldn't someone trust Trump with nuclear documents?

they did trust him with nuclear documents - or at least obeyed the law and gave him access

once he was no longer prez he no longer had the ability to possess them - supposedly

so if he broke the law then he will have to pay the price like any other citizen
