Umm... A president???

It doesn't seem that far fetched that a president would have access to papers related to national security because of the nature of their job.

The question is why he kept them after he was voted out??? I don't see why a former president would have any need for such sensitive information.

@Aliveshock Some of us were saying that he's a picnic short of a picnic when he was in office.

It wasn't because we all voted Clinton and hated the fact that she didn't get in instead - it was a truthful observation of Trump's faculties and ability to remain president safely.
