In a common DWI arrest the cops usually take two breathalyzer tests with two different devices.
You would think the FBI would be smart enough to document the transparency of the search with video cams, witnesses, etc.

I don't know whether they did or didn't. But I have yet to see or hear anyone go on record to say whether steps were taken to assure that Trump's rights were protected. There is enough evidence of FBI misconduct to make this an important concern.
It's also an important consideration considering the US mainstream media's history of distorting the news. And seriously, how many times have we heard some jackass in congress proclaim "compelling and irrefutable" evidence about Trump?
