Who appointed the FBI director Wray?

What about the Federal Judge who signed the Mar-A-Lago search warrant? Before people spout off about a weaponized justice department - THINK. A warrant would not have been issued unless the FBI expected to find something. And they wouldn't take such a bold move unless what they expected to find is serious.

@Slade He tried with ideas like using the military to confiscate voting machines and ballots.. One of the generals supporting him even refused to answer Congress when asked if he approved of the violent overthrow of the US government to keep Trump in power.
