New rules for HOA went in effect on Monday

HOA board of directors must be resident homeowners so far the 4 board members it concerns has refused to step down until a suitable to them have appointed . we approved the new two year two term limit last night along with if a board member misses a meeting no pay

@akindheart the principle owner/developer ask if i'd finish out her term which expires in march only if i can have access to all records she said that's the way it should be
