@bijouxbroussard Woops! I think I misunderstood the phrase "modelled after". At first I thought Newsom had replicated the Texas legislation in CA, hence making it harder to get an abortion. When I re-read the posts, I realised he'd taken the thinking and applies it to a different issue. Sorry, Bijous, [i]mea culpa[/i]. I'll edit my former post.
