2 employees got into a screaming match about politics today...

The republican came to my office complaining about people being too sensitive, the liberal went to HR. Management will fire them both. Moral of the story? Don't act like a moron in public, save it for your house....

Depends. People don’t generally complain about someone being "sensitive" unless a "joke" or instance of bullying isn’t well received. Sounds like the liberal should’ve gone straight to HR instead of arguing.
