Twitter Storm on the Horizon

Each party involved wants to sue the other. But it seems Twitter's filings with the SEC were materially inaccurate.

In my opinion, Twitter has lost this case before it even gets to court. By not disclosing the real bot numbers they have voided the purchase contract. If they now disclose those numbers, the value of the company and purchase price could be reduced by as much as 50%.
@GJOFJ3 the stock is down almost 10% so far in today's trading and more than 50% below the 52 week high.

@BizSuitStacy I expect it to go down to or below the July 2017 price of $19 a share. I think there is hope for turning it into a good social platform
@GJOFJ3 it's around $33 now. The market adjusts pretty quickly to news. But the longer Twitter holds out on providing bot/fake account info, the less confidence the market will have in the company. You might get your $19/share soon enough.

i think that was Elon's intention from the beginning...to dismantle Twitter

Yeah this could be the end of twitter as we now know it. It won't be missed.

@hippyjoe1955 Yep, good riddance. I hope Elon goes after Fakebook next.

@hippyjoe1955 It likely will be the end, or Musk will buy it for a drastically reduced sum. Personally, I hope it continues to crash and burn. I'd LOVE to see the group of woke child employees walking out for their last day on the job. After all, they are the ones that killed it.

How do you sell ads to someone you’ve been screwing for years now that everyone will know about it?
@carpediem Exactly right

The only reason I use Twitter is that sponsors require me to,after this year I'll have a new batch and it's looks like they'll be happy with Facebook
