Apparently he is also running a clinic for men trying to change their sexual preference from male to female.

I would not be surprised if it is revealed in a few years that Milo was continuing gay relations with men through that clinic

@plungesponge That is definitely a possibility but I could also see a literal brainwashing "clinic" appealing to a sociopath at face value.
