Hi there, This is a case for Jury nullification. These men are heroes. Don't help the state persecute heroes. if you get a jury summons take jury duty ethuasitically, keep your mouth shut about jury nullification, if they ask you if you will judge the law on the merits of the case alone reply "Yes."
and then vote not guilty regardless of the weight of evidence. if the state cannot find juries willing to convict people for heroic deeds of defiance like this pretty soon it will start costing them more money to even try.
