Different religion. Jews stopped proselytizing 2000 years ago when Christians started.

@MistyCee Actually that is true. I never have once had a Jewish person tell me what was in their holy book or how I should live my life. Actually only Christianity does this now that I think about it...
@Spunkylama Some Muslims do, and Jews did, but mainstream Judaism stopped doing it around the time Christianity took that gig and they have up on the Temple and sacrifices .

The above argument may poke at the knees of the Conservatives, but they'll barely feel the hypocrisy. This isn't about religion or birth or the sanctity of life or the definition of conception. All that amounts to the deflection of the magician's non-working hand.
What they're after is power through suppression. It drove the Roe v, Wade reversal, it's driving the gerrymandering, it's driving the push to "re-examine" same-sex marriage, minority representation, contraception. Not tax code, not issues of privacy or enterprise. The rights of others. Because when everyone has the same rights, there's no one left rule them.
Never before has the US Constitution and its amendments been used to restrict the rights of others. Historically, it has only upheld or expanded civil rights. Until now. Until today. And still this country is flooding red.
