Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch Should Be Impeached for Perjury.

At the very least, someone should bring a bill to the Senate floor for a vote to start impeachment proceedings.

@LeopoldBloom Gorsuch said Casey is “settled law in the sense that it is a decision of the U.S. Supreme Court,” due the weight of precedent “which is quite considerable.”
Precedent is “the anchor of the law” and “the starting point” for a judge, Gorsuch said during his hearing. However, “there are instances when a court may appropriately overrule precedent after considering a lot of factors,” he added.

While Gorsuch and Kavanaugh said Roe v. Wade is precedent, that doesn’t mean the decision can’t be overturned.
Hon. John M. Walker, Jr., Senior Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, wrote in a 2016 commentary for Stanford Law School that the Supreme Court may overturn its own precedent and cited several examples of when the court has done so in the past.
I saw this. Can we just impeach everyone Collins says she believes?

@MistyCee

Olympia Snowe should have stayed in the Senate and Collins should have retired.
...I think judges are subject to the "good behavior" clause, but Kavanaugh, having been a Federal judge when testifying before the Senate should have the allegations against him FULLY investigated, bc I bet he lied under oath, which would be a violation of the rules in place under his then-current oath.

A woman can't be 'forced to carry' and then 'give' birth. A gift by definition cannot be forced. When giving birth becomes a legal mandate, it is no longer a gift. In many US states, We women have lost the right to give birth. Birdie
Kavanaugh lied during his hearing when he said Roe v. Wade was "settled law." Of course, he would say "settled until challenged."

Perjury? Where?
@GJOFJ3 In his hearing when he said Roe v. Wade was "settled law." He just signed an opinion saying the opposite.
