@checkoutanytime The only people responsible to eliminate Putin will be the Russians. Which group of Russians, I dont know. But I doubt his "retirement plan" will be his idea. On a personal note, way too many of the current world leadership are rule benders and de facto Oligarchs, or serving them. Russia, China, Britain, America, the differences arent all that great. Strong use money to keep control, or Money uses strong men to keep control. As long as things dont vary too much from the status Quo, the people let it go.馃樂
