Supreme Court struck down NY state concealed carry regulations requiring justifiable cause. Well that sets a huge president and it is beautiful! Guessing NJ will have to follow! Just remember dead criminals can’t reoffend… huge win absolutely huge congratulations gun people we are stepping closer!

@soar2newhighs It will not have that effect at all. It [b]will [/b]have the effect of increasing white supremacist violence against others on the subway, on other public transportation, in sports stadiums, and in places of business, since many gun nuts will be carrying everywhere.

@soar2newhighs Most people aren’t trained well enough to successfully shoot back at a violent criminal. Besides, most violent criminals are crazy/heated enough they don’t care what kind of retaliation they might get.

@Theyitis I honestly don’t know what NY state might require for those owning weapons but would hope that those who now are allowed to carry have received training. I would think the state might have the right to mandate such training.
Well as an instructor in basic training stated, “ a well placed bullet, WILL fuck up your whole day!”
We will need to see how this ruling plays out.
