Score one for gun rights!

Supreme Court struck down NY state concealed carry regulations requiring justifiable cause. Well that sets a huge president and it is beautiful! Guessing NJ will have to follow! Just remember dead criminals can’t reoffend… huge win absolutely huge congratulations gun people we are stepping closer!

More to the point, gun legislation is no longer to be weighed against public policy or other rights of other citizens.

Mercifully, perhaps, there were concurring opinions, but this statement pretty much makes it clear that Thomas doesnt think that public policy or other rights are relevant:
