Supreme Court struck down NY state concealed carry regulations requiring justifiable cause. Well that sets a huge president and it is beautiful! Guessing NJ will have to follow! Just remember dead criminals can’t reoffend… huge win absolutely huge congratulations gun people we are stepping closer!

@Slade I'm grateful for all of the Concurring opinions. Thomas' opinion is a nightmare for the Country if followed. He literally gutted states' authority to pass laws in the public interest if they conflict with his historical analysis.

Alito, Kananaugh, and Roberts, did us all a favor by writing concurring opinions.

Filling Manhattan with guns, or making it clear that States can't pass laws to protect the lives of their citizens past what they did in 1789?

It's that last part I'm way more worried about.

@GJOFJ3 It's a win for the 2nd Amendment, but there's a whole bunch of other rights and language that its not so good for.
