Why hasn't Merrick Garland charged Trump with insurrection yet?
Is he hoping Trump will run again, so the Dems don't have to do anything to win?

@DocSavage no body believed that pence could reverse an election. That's lib propaganda. What Pence should have done is refuse to certify it given all the reports of massive voting fraud. Then the constitution would have kicked in and the house would have selected the president and the Senate the VP. No one could have claimed any fraud happened with that result and the country wouldnt be nearly as divided as it is now and the integrity of our elections could have been restored.

Why should he do it though ? Trump lost the election. No voter fraud was found, Pence knew this. He could maybe send it back, but it would not change anything. It would just give Trump at best a little more time to try more bullshit tactics. There was only trump’s claim of fraud, none from legitimate sources. Pence made the only legal choice , and certified the official count.
The integrity of the election was restored when Pence followed his oath of office.
