If every American had a gun would there be more or less dead bodies ?

This country has a history of random gun- caused carnage it's a social phenomenon that has gone on since the first Europeans stepped foot on this continent, the pointless slaughter of buffalo from train windows via the infamous Winchester. The mass genocide of Native Americans, Mexican Americans, and it goes on and on.

"Praise the lord and pass the ammunition" We can justify gun murder since everyone will tell you good people, we have god on our side.
