Georgia hand counted all 4.9 million votes, destroying the narrative that crooked voting machines were involved. In GA's 159 counties, most hand counts matched or differed from the machine count by under 10. Who would be stupid enough to still pretend crooked machines are a valid complaint?

I'd be careful tossing around the word stupid. Repeating false claims works really well with the public.

So far, all of the Courts have upheld the Defamation Lawsuits proceeding and none have been dismissed, Dominion is gonna be a rich company as soon as this all gets resolved!

@MistyCee Fair point but Jurors are supposed to be impartial, guess we'll have to wait and see... Realistically, the only ones that have anywhere near $1.6B of net worth is Faux News but hey if it bankrupts the rest of the fools, good!

@spjennifer I don't think Dominion expects to actually extract much cash from Newsmax. But a win will clear Dominion's name (at least among those capable of rational thought).
haven't gotten to jurors, who might rule differently.
My understanding is that if the defamation cases are civil, the threshold is lower and only 5/6 of jury need to agree. I don't actually know if Dominion's suits are civil, but I'm guessing they are.@spjennifer I don't think Dominion expects to actually extract much cash from Newsmax. @ElwoodBlues They are civil of Dominion brought them. Good point!!!

Conservative Fan Fiction ain't cheap when victims bite back.
The opinion is interesting, particularly the stuff about a "neutral reporting defense", which will probably play out better at trial.
