Pfizer Will Not Be Distributing Comirnaty

Normally I'd say this is unbelievable, until you consider the entities involved. The FDA approved version of the Pfizer covid vaccine, Comirnaty, is not going to be distributed to the public. The current Pfizer jab, manufactured by BioNTech under the BNT162b2 label is still under emergency use authorization, and the companies involved in its production and distribution are still protected under a liability shield.

If you recall last fall, U.S. Federal District Judge Allen Winsor, rejected the claim that BNT162b2 was interchangeable with Comirnaty. The FDA tried to claim they had the same formulation while admitting there were different ingredients and manufacturing processes. The case was to be revisted Sept. of 2022, but that may now be moot.

So what really happened? A poker game where Pfizer bluffed, and now their bluff has been called. They had no real intention of distributing Comirnaty and exposing themselves to liability. And the recent release of the Pfizer/FDA documentation is likely why. Their hope was to bury the documentation for 75 years and to fool the public into believing they could be legally forced to receive an experimental vaccine.

Your post is factually incorrect and misleading

On August 23, 2021, FDA announced the first approval of a COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty, for the prevention of COVID-19 in individuals 16 years of age and older.

"Pfizer Comirnaty" and "Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine" are biologically and chemically the same thing.

In a joint media statement released by Pfizer and BioNTech on Dec. 21, 2020, the companies explained, "The vaccine will be marketed in the EU under the brand name COMIRNATY, which represents a combination of the terms COVID-19, mRNA, community and immunity, to highlight the first authorization of a messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccine…"
Pfizer and BioNTech received permission to market the vaccine as Comirnaty in the United States within the FDA's recent approval. The FDA's approval letter states, "You may label your product with the proprietary name, Comirnaty, and market it in 2.0 mL glass vials, in packages of 25 and 195 vials."
Comirnaty, also commonly referred to as the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, received final FDA approval for people age 16 and older on Aug. 23.
@GJOFJ3 You're either a liar or a fool -take your pick. Funny how you simply ignore the Florida case last fall where the US district court judge Allen Winsor rejected the claim that the two products were interchangable. Doesn't matter what Pfizer and the FDA claim. The legal system says these are different products.

@GJOFJ3 ..you get your medical information from Fauci and Bill Gates?
@GJOFJ3
I never get my medical information from a judge.
Congratulations. However, the issue at hand was a legal matter over the ingredients and manufacturing process.
I'm sure you blindly trust your doctors as incapable of error, and above being corruptible. 🙄
