I saw an article on 538 saying that if Biden ran against Trump right now, Trump would win the popular vote 54% to 43%. I don't think Biden will be the nominee in 2024, but I don't know that I think anyone else stands a much better chance. In spite of all the articles imploring me not to and in spite of how demoralizing it is, I've given up hope. Our government is fucked for the forseeable future. I'll still vote, but I basically know everyone/everything I vote for is going to get decimated.
