Ooh shit, apparently Biden just mentioned that Ukraine didn't listen to warnings of impending invasion

That's a bad sign, no matter what the truth is. That probably means some intelligence group somewhere has assessed it's going to get ugly so it's a good idea for the US President to start distancing himself from the coming shitstorm

This isn't news. The US was telling Ukraine months prior to the invasion that Russia was planning to invade, based on US intelligence. This was widely reported over a period of weeks beforehand. Ukraine simply didn't believe it, and it is factual that they didn't listen to warnings from the US and others.
