Will the Jan 6 hearings 'blow the roof off the House' or prove to be another dud ?

One of the Constitutional jobs of the House is to investigate things such as this. In an impeachment the House finds the person guilty or not guilty..............but the sentence is handed down by the Senate. In the case of impeachment of trump...or Clinton......the Senate did not pass down the punishment of either being just kicked out of office or kicked out and forbidden of ever holding office again. That does not remove the impeachment............it just means the Senate let them get off with being embarrassed forever as their only punishment. But in a House investigation like this the Senate is not needed for any reason to concur. Whether it comes to any conclusion or not depends on how corrupt the trump clan is. No laws have ever been written about what to do specifically when a president or his entire administration was this corrupt. This is new ground. No one of the original authors of the Constitution could envision this kind of corruption making it all the way to the presidential level. So we'll see..............

No , it's the Senate. That's why Trump skated , twice.
