Sending aids (including military aids) is perfectly legal, like it or not.

@Elessar there are rules. Negotiation is supposed to have certain channels and occurr before this.

@Changeisgonnacome Negotiation led to nowhere if you haven't noticed. And again, it's Russia and Ukraine that have to negotiate on this, at most, not the U.S.

The west isn't at war and will send aids to whomever it deems appropriate.

@Elessar in the end we still need to negotiate a peace. Dragging it out might be illegal but it's how NATO will roll.
