Seventeen Republican attorneys general filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Friday for letting California set its own vehicle emission standards.

You know, the party that cares about our climate and our babies? Oil guys are panicking that they won't make their money is quarter and so Republicans dance faster.

Yeah, that’s exactly how it goes. States’ rights, meaning "our state’s right to impose draconian anti-civil rights laws, not your state’s right to legalize pot or run your elections and healthcare system the way you choose". 🙄
@bijouxbroussard A Republican Supreme Court will give Republican States the right to do almost anything they want. Elections, fuck that, elections can be overturned after election day.
