Pro-Choice Women Aren’t Rallying Around Dems’ Abortion Push.

Pro-Choice Women Aren’t Rallying Around Dems’ Abortion Push. Here’s Why.

Pro-choice suburban women are more concerned about the economy than threats to abortion access, according to several interviews conducted by Reuters.

Out of 16 pro-choice women of 21 total interviewed in Phoenix’s northern suburbs, only two said abortion was a priority for them heading into the midterms, Reuters reported. Instead, most were focused on the rising cost of inflation, which has skyrocketed.

Democrats are so out of touch with voting public.
Maybe cuz half of Biden voters were dead people.

"Out of 16 pro-choice women of 21 total interviewed in Phoenix’s northern suburbs only two said abortion was a priority for them heading into the midterms" .
And I wonder what the results would look like if they had interviewed women in some other state, like maybe Mississippi, Alabama, or Louisiana.

@robb65 Az is a highly contested swing state Dems hoped to flip. It’s a good litmus test .
California and Mississippi are not .

@AthrillatheHunt I could be wrong, but I'm thinking the chances of Arizona outlawing all abortions is kinda low, while it's almost a given that Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana will. There's already some talk that Mississippi will try to outlaw some forms of birth control. I would like to believe it isn't true. but I don't have a lot of confidence in the kind of people pushing the "prolife" agenda.

@robb65 that’s what I meant . California and Mississippi are not good indicators of national beliefs .
Both parties consider Arizona to be a good indicator of national beliefs which is why it’s a swing state .
I feel threatened by this and I don't even want to have an abortion. It should be unconstitutional to try to control someone like that. @robb65
Not everyone is family oriented or wants a serious relationship either. Why does everyone have to live their life the same way. We're all different. @robb65

@Spoiledbrat how do you feel about the mask and vax mandates ?
robb65 · 56-60, M
@Spoiledbrat Every candidate in Alabama is more prolife than the "other" candidate. Maybe it won't go anywhere but it's certain that the religious nutjobs are going to be pushing the issue.

@Spoiledbrat My point in case you missed it, is that women in those states have more reason to be concerned.
I feel like people shouldn't be forced to get vaccinated. @AthrillatheHunt

@Spoiledbrat your consistency makes you aces in my book! I’m vaxed BTW and don’t care if people are or aren’t .
I am too. That's I feel. @AthrillatheHunt
