@Sharon1 A lot of people didn't vote in 2016 because they figured Hillary was just as bad as Trump. Which, aside from being insane, is obviously wrong in this moment. Hillary sucks, but she would have nominated Democrats to the SCOTUS.

@Sharon1 It's a political position, it has to be. It would be like saying the presidency shouldn't be political.

@BohemianBabe I think that’s different though. A President is dealing with policy. The Supreme Court is dealing case by case and ruling on its constitutionality.

@Sharon1 Oh, constitutionality means nothing. The Constitution is like the Bible. Written in a way that could be interpreted any way the reader wants and ignored all the time, anyway. And it's always been that way.
