There's no intelligence qualification in the Constitution to serve in Congress.

What's interesting about this is since MTG isn't on trial for a crime, there's no presumption of innocence. She has to prove that she didn't engage in insurrection. There is no right to serve in Congress and if she broke the rules, she can be disqualified. And "not recalling" anything isn't a good defense.
