White House Covering Up 48,000 Documents on SCOTUS Nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson

Senate confirmation hearings for Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson began Monday morning.

Senate Judiciary ranking member Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Monday revealed the White House is covering up 48,000 documents on Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Grassley expressed his disappointment for being unable to obtain Judge Jackson’s documents from her time as the Vice Chair of the US Sentencing Commission that are required to be released.

Democrats are stonewalling GOP efforts to obtain Jackson’s documents.

Hmmm where have we seen this before?

Oh yeah
President Trump will not release more than 100,000 pages of records from Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh’s tenure in the George W. Bush White House, claiming they would be covered by executive privilege.
@AbbySvenz Kavanagh was an assistant White House counsel. I would think attorney-client privilege would kick in. Comparing apples and oranges.

@AbbySvenz Seems like serving as vice chair of a public commission should be fair game - full disclosure. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2022/mar/21/gop-say-democrats-hiding-documents-ketanji-brown-j/

@AbbySvenz 'Everybody knows' that Trump was/is above the law. I guess that we will never know how many of those 'Executve privilege' files got flushed down the WH toilets or were culled from the boxes that he took home because he was 'The most transparent president ever' and 'The law and order president', National security be damned.

The biden administration. Like the Obama administration, subverted the constitution at every turn.
Special counsel John Henry Durham is coming. And he's as serious as a heart attack.
