If you were Ukrainian president, would you accept and agree to these 4 conditions from Putin (see link) to end the war?

I don't believe anything Putin says.

But...the Minsk Agreement of 2014, among other issues, that Ukraine signed said that Ukraine would not join NATO or have foreign troops on its soil.

And treat the ethnic Russians in the south as equals.

Then, Ukraine started making motions to join NATO, cut off the water to southern Ukraine and Crimea, and prohibited them from voting in national elections after the annexation by Russia.

It was former Senator McCain that visited Ukraine, stood up in public, and said he supported the separatists fighting for independence in southern Ukraine, Crimea. He instigated the revolution and encourage Russia.

It's not all black and white.

But I would sign if the other representatives agreed to it. Southern Ukraine and Crimea is 80 percent ethnic Russian. National boundaries were drawn 100 years ago based on geography, such as rivers and mountains, not population. If the Crimeans vote to join Russia, they should be allowed, they have been Russian for 1000 years.
