If you were Ukrainian president, would you accept and agree to these 4 conditions from Putin (see link) to end the war?

@Soossie Would you sign anything with someone who's repeatedly lying, and even shooting civilians when he agreed to a ceasefire? Someone who attacked militarily nuclear plants no less, and who's occupying them?

If they agreed to surrender anything, they still wouldn't stop this attack.

No... but considering the whole country being destroyed and on the verge of invasion by such a person and his army, then they might... circumstances make a lot of difference...

@Elessar The Ukrainians have been negotiating with the Russians for 8 years. These have constantly been the terms which Russia has sought ever since the 2014 coup. These were the terms given to the United States two weeks before the invasion. This is what they publicly stated that they wanted and reasons for invading Ukraine. Only someone who's not paying attention could say that accepting what the Russians have wanted for a decade would not lead to an end of hostilities.

@Soossie The Ukrainian leadership knows better than ourselves who they're dealing with. A nuclear terrorist state that has zero credibility.

Russia is in the weakest position right now, they're trying to "steal" a favourable agreement out of negotiations but they're not really in the position to dictate anything, and Ukrainians know it well.
