One thinks that a Jewish president is a Nazi drug lord, and the other speaks at a 4th grade level and wants to launch nuclear missiles at hurricanes. This is a tough call.

I wouldn't have said Poutine was crazy at all... until he started talking about nukes. But I'm wondering if he may have just meant tactical nukes. So maybe I was right the first time. Mendacious? Plenty! But not crazy.
