Did you have basic economics?
Gas before the pandemic was higher than $2.45/gallon. During the pandemic, we even had NEGATIVE pricing for crude oil.
If you can convince a bunch of people to stop driving, that would help...and it helped prices decrease.
Biden is a far better President than his immediate predecessor any day, by any positive measure.
