I saw some interesting poll results for Joe Biden.

@mysteryespresso So you missed the news that Biden has mandated any trucker crossing either border must be vaxed? There is already a shortage of truckers and in the US about 50% of the truckers can no longer cross the border. Do you have any idea how integrated the Canada,US,Mexico economies are? How much fresh fruits and vegitables are trucked across the US Mexico border? How much meat and industrial products come across the US Canada border? One automotive expert says that there isn't a car assembled in the US that doesn't contain at least one Canadian made part. The assembly plants don't have huge stocks and in times past if the truck didn't arrive within 8 hours of its allotted time the plant would shut down. Imagine all the autoworkers out of a job. The oil workers out of a job the empty shelves in the grocery stores etc etc etc. If the trucking mandates remain the dirty 30s will look like a walk in the park.

@KlonB Canada implemented a similar policy last week. There are 2 massive truck convoys one from the east and one from the west going to converge on the nation's capital on Jan 29. Already the government is trying to label them as domestic terrorists.

@KlonB It is nice in theory but in the mean time when the food stores are empty and the industries all shut down because of a brainless policy. Ever heard of the Holodomor?
