Conversely y'all know that being 'tough on crime' on crime doesn't stop crime. It just makes you feel good about yourself and that's what really matters.
What a load of horseshit. I worked in a prison and 95% of prisoners all go back to prison after their release. I asked a young guy that was due to get out what his plans were. He told me his plan was to go back to prison. I asked him why, and he just said that prison is where he belongs. [center]
