No. But I think NYC has shot themselves in the foot with this program of allowing them to vote.
Why?
Well, if it's legal for them to vote, then it's 100% Legal for any Foreigner to Vote.
Where is the UN Headquartered at? New York City is the answer.
Which means every Dignitary from anywhere can Legally Vote in the US Election.
That means somebody like Putin could legally send in Millions of Mail-in Ballots.
Russian Medling will now be Legal in NYC.
