When you say "I can't understand why (someone w/whom I disagree) believes (something I don't)" does the light ever go on?

Many's the time I've seen some smug punk confirming his superiority by slamming a group to which he doesn't belong and confirms that by using the above template. The thing is, when someone says that, they [i]should[/i] pay attention to those first 3 words, and recognize that maybe they're own weakness might just be part of the problem.

Yeah…but when people say they want things to happen to people that they [b]wouldn’t[/b] want happening to [b]their[/b] love ones, not even under similar circumstances, it [b]is[/b] rather puzzling.
