Politics will always exist for as long as we have an organized society. Human interactions will always involve trade-offs, we will always have finite resources with limitless ways to allocate them, and we will have to find some way to manage that no matter what we do. We could stop using the words "left-wing" and "right-wing" or whatever, but we'd still have to make the choice between giving more wealth to the working class or the owning class, and we'd still have to choose where one person's rights end and another's begin (i.e. should someone be allowed to smoke in public or should others be allowed to breathe clean air?).

No, and the Overton Window is just a mechanism to frame the conversation so that everyone understands what is being talked about. Although the US has proven that can still be reduced to irrelevance too.

Politics rules the world no matter it's either good or bad. Without Politics means no standards for Mankind.


and what happens when Mankind lives without Standards? Well it won't be pretty

Not possible. Politics is just a term for worldview on how beliefs should be put into action. Humans will always have varied beliefs. It’s a blessing and a curse.

Politics is literally the understanding of how power works in society. Without that, you have nothing.

So much of modern political discourse is bad. It's an abstraction. A phantom floating to the side of the real world where real decisions are made. It is about important issues and also isn't. Frankenstein's monster was a human and an abomination.

To 'get rid of politics' would be a disaster though because there is really no such thing as being apolitical. Power will operate whether you want it to or not and the decisions by the elites affect the likes of us. To be a political is of itself a political choice and it's also a really bad one.

The world would need to get rid of humans then. Is that what you want? 🤨
