Good old DuhDonald can always be counted on for one more lie:

There are people who'll drink poison Kool Aid for another. People who'll lay down in bed and take their own lives at someone else's command, parents who'll watch their children burn alive for the martyrdom of someone else.

Trump's got what he wanted, but it's far baser, more pedestrian and historically sad that he ever imagined it would be. He's got a cult.
