@TheDeathOCuHullainn more surprising still they'd find out it's the nordic states BECAUSE of their generous welfare state. Because benefits are things people like.

@PDXNative1986 I dont live in Finland. But I have decided to do an online degree with a university based there because I can as being a citizen of the EU. That made me happy.

@TheDeathOCuHullainn Yeah The social support system in Norway has made it blow everyone else out of the park which does NOT make sense because seasonal effective disorder is SUPER common and it's so far north- but the social support system completely overrides that.
