Stupidity test . Here you go . Dont Google search .

What's neoliberalism according to you? The best Republican conservative president who did the most damage to his country (R.Raegan) established the neoliberalism as it is today.

Does the word liberalism makes you annoyed being associated with probably the most "business friendly" president according to the republicans?

So the fact you're using the term neoliberalism and complaining about Reagan indicates you're on the left somewhere. So as one leftist to another - this is a bad way to approach politics.

There's a quote from a colleague I really like. "Do you want to be right, or do you want to win?"

I'm an organizer and run a union. Quizzing people on neoliberalism as some way to smugly posture about how much you know is self-sabotage and will isolate you.

I want someone who will do work. Call coworkers. Be brave and confront their boss in a group. I do not care what they know, I care about what they -do-.

@CountScrofula Agreed. Also, people can surprise you and some 'laymen' actually understand actual politics more than many political geeks. You can learn from struggle as well as books. Though books are also good.
@CountScrofula Reagan was a neo liberal. That is simply a fact. So was Clinton. I has nothing to do with party affiliation or the absolutely broken Overton window in the US.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow This misses the point of what he said and is also something that he would obviously agree with.
@Burnley123 I guess it depends on how we all came to our political evolution. For me one of my first lightbulb moments was I came to the realization that in "normie" politics it is a fight over coke vs pepsi and that was my first point of reference for looking at things differently. Realizing these were nonsense distinctions.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Yeah I agree with everything you said.

My complaint here is OP claiming this is an 'intelligence' test is divisive and shitty and reinforces bad stereotypes of the left as elitist snobs.
@CountScrofula I agree. And I see it on the right too. Although their elitist trope is from the perspective of "dumbass lib doesn't understand economics and money."

It is shitty from both sides.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Oh of course it is. The right is fucking insane. But I wanna keep my own house in order, as it were.
@CountScrofula I am at this point so far left I have discussions about how although ACAB is an ideologically valid position it won't be conducive to recruiting new members if you want to be in electoral politics.
