He had no personal property he was defending, had no family he was defending.. he was just playing vigilante. Granted the homicide charges were a bit over bearing and cleay he had a self defense case on those. Yet it's ridiculous that he gets of from reckless public endangerment showing up to a chaos scene with a rifle for no good reason or purpose.

@ExperienceDLT Yeah, people point out he had family there. Valid, if he was standing in front their house with the rifle. It would be one thing if he was protecting something of his or personal close to him. He wasnt.
