Do most Republicans ONLY want Trump back, and no one else?

Sure seems that way. I am not a Republican, but surely they can think of a better candidate for 2024.

I am actually kind of worried. Because you are already seeing Trump's rhetoric repackaged and coated in euphemisms to make it more palatable to the suburban crowd while still obvious enough to the most reactionary idiots in "the base." A slicker, more charismatic version of him could easily come into it and take over his supporters and be a real dangerous force.
