Will there be any reason to vote for Biden again when he runs against Trump in 2024?

We're not getting voting rights, there's no green deal, fixing the potholes is controversial, there's no single payer, the military budget grew, there's no social safety net, we don't tax the rich, and there's no child payment. Isn't that what Trump was going to give us?
