This type of contract has been common all over the USA, it works better for larger industrial operations that are harder to move once the tax free time frame is over. Otherwise they tend to leave as soon as the Tax free time frame is over. I’m not sure if it’s good or bad in the long run.

@SW-User Marysville and Arlington share the new Amazon fullfillmemt center, bringing 1000 jobs! They have more jobs than people. And not much infrastructure.
They have two major resort casinos, industrial farms, six industrial parks and a Boeing site.... And a three Walmarts, a hospital, a behavioral hospital-. It's absurd!

@SW-User I guess the carpenters union picketing the place just doesn't understand economics like Amazon! They're bigger than our town, too!
